VANCOUVER'S CHARTED SONGS '56 to '78: PART 1 of 2: by ARTISTS (Canadian Charted Songs Books)

This book lists the compiled data from six different chart-series produced by five different radio stations (Red Robinson, CKWX, C-FUN, CKLG, & CKVN) all from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada from September 1956 to December 1978. Over 7,800 songs are listed: almost 2,600 of these charted on two-chart-series during over lapping periods producing over 10,400 chart-lives. No more that 2 chart-series are listed over any given over lapping period. Both charts’ results from songs that charted on both chart-series during an over lapping period are listed separately but together as one listing. The data is sorted by artist and separately by title. In addition to the same data as listed for each song in our other books, the chart-series name is also included. The Statistics section includes listings of the top artists & top hits for each chart-series as well as combined. 416 pages on 8.5 by 11-inch paper.The ongoing chart-series for CKLG and C-FUN beyond 1978 are included in another book, VANCOUVER’S CHARTED SONGS-The 80’s 1979 to 1993.
